What about using radio Ham antennas for Fm radio ?

No, much easier to find a TV antenna, plus the FM band is already
in its bandwidth. Ham antenna's don't include the FM band.
It might work - acceptably - in a given context.

You could take a regular TV yagi antenna and trim down the longer
elements to match the lower end of FM band.
