No matter the station.
With the antenna? we are hearing its ability / inability to discriminate and to drive the 'tuna' into full limiting and minimal multipath on any given signal.

Do you feel this is the case even with nearby stations and favorable topography? I get very strong signals and minimal multipath on the stations I listen to; so what I am missing out by not using a strong attic or rooftop antenna?
of the performance of the tuner. With my Roof top Antenna I can get way more stations including from LA on certain days with my Dynaco MF3, Fisher KM-60, and Fisher FM 2200b.
With the Mac MR80 I can get way more than what I could with my Magnum Dynalab antenna and get LA all the time except for really bad weather days but still come in but barely.
I need to get that Rhombic back up!
