Others have already mentioned 6bq5 amps, Heath, Radford and Leak in particular. I would also add Fisher 30a, Eico HF-14 monoblocks.Personally, my dream system is a pair of stacked ESL57's driven by rebuilt Heath W-5m amps- with KT-66 of course. This is an under rated amp. To my ears, it is one of the most natural sounding amplifers made.
Since these may not be your cup of tea, I would add that just about any well implemented Williamson 6l6 amp should do a wonderfull job of driving the Quad's. Brands to consider, Eico HF-22/35,
