I can't check tension on the pins, but I'd assume they're fine (Inspire SET built by Dennis Had in March 2019). The pins look fine.

I would agree with Story's assessment.
The tube is faulty. A pass on a tube tester probably wouldn't have revealed the problem. Especially if you need 10min of real life operation to reproduce the issue.
It sounds like a drift into a cut-off condition, like the negative bias on the grid is creeping down into stronger negative supply, until it cuts any electron flow from the cathode. Or, the cathode could be poisoned or worn out in some way that eventually restrains the flow of electrons from ground (in which case, the existing negative bias shuts off the tube).

first, I would contact Upscale and see if they have something to say.
I do know that the heat within the tubes, which is considerable, expands things and there possibly might be a problem with one or more welds within. It's very rare but I've seen it happen.
