I've had this Sencore FC 147 filament checker for some time, it came in a tube caddy I bought. I can't use it, I don't have a Sencore tube tester so it goes to the first Inmate with a Sencore tube tester that can tell me which it fits. Of course I would appreciate if you cover the mail.

It doesn't go with any particular tester, you're just missing the power cord.
So I would need a 6 or 12V supply with the correct connection?
Nope, if you look at other images of them, it plugs right into the wall.
I've been looking since I read your post and cannot find anything on this other than *bay listings with descriptions telling less than I knew. I have a screw driver here, I;ll open 'er up and see. I wonder if the cord is in that tube caddy? I haven't opened it in years.
I think I'd be afraid to put 120VAC on this with tubes plugged in. There would be some of Dak's new years type shorts.
There's some series resistance there so you don't burn up the filament in the DUT. All this box does is test to see if the filament is broken in the tube, so just a continuity tester.
