The tube shown in the listing is a normal, directly heated 2a3.
Again, it doesn't seems like the person writing the listing is the tube expert that he claims to be.

Also, the label shows the name of the owner and that he had the tube tested as "good." A New Old Stock tube would not have such a label on it. He also shows no test measurements. Poor seller!
Actually, back in the day when tubes were sold in department stores and other somewhat more upscale retailers, labels as seen in the picture were common things. I have several examples of NOS tubes with labels very similar to that one on them. It may have even be labeled by a repairman as part of his grip-stock. Advertising and proof of warranty.
