If he has enough -fb eboy will have to take action against him when he accumulates too many -fb.

I've wondered several times how this guy could have possibly sold that many (lets just say questionable) tubes for this long, and not received any negative feedback. Then it occurred to me that his customers are not the more educated, tube- obsessed people like "us", and are likely blissfully ignorant to what they have. They are probably good tubes, just... let's leave it as questionable as to their origin, etc.

Look how many revised feedbacks this seller has and you can understand the scam better.
Epray is supposed to have laws/rules against counterfeit items. If you go to help & contact you will get to look at a list of "bad activities" by the seller. Counterfeit items is one of the bad ones. In this case the seller has taken an RCA 12au7 and has put a fake label "Amperex 7316" which by the way does not look like this tube. And made up a fairy tale about the abilities of this fake tube.
How can these activities not be considered "counterfeiting"?
