The 7316 notwithstanding, they are RCA 12AU7s with long black plates and a square getter, as described in the ad. There are what appear to be date codes, but they are a bit confusing. One is HC, which I can't find, and the other looks like the bottom of two Ls, which would indicate mid-fifties. I haven't listened to them in my amp yet, so I don't know what I have.Someone at Old_Guy, named Sara, is attempting to ameliorate the situation, but it is clearly too late for that.

I called and talked to Andy and he said he would look into it and apologized.
He said there was no reason for Ken to act that way.
BTW, My conversation with Andy was not about who did or didn't make the tubes. The conversation was about the rudeness of Ken.
That's just not a good way to do business.

I have collected 7316 Amperex tubes for quite a few years. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly! They are made in Holland and have the Right Triangle acid etch. Instead of going through all of the other markings, the early getter vs the later versions I suggest you study the subject, by reading the many old posts. I that does not appeal to yo you----
I will send you an email for a very, very brief course etc. typical pricing ( never easy) I am sure we can find you what you want -here or ebtrayed or we'll see. (NO I Am No A DEALER)

I still see the bogus faked 7316 tubes that old guy radiator is selling. Reported the fakes to eBay many times to no avail. I'm collecting tubes for more than 50 years and this seller is faker than realjazzcat if he is still around. 7316 tubes only have Herleen codes ct0-ct5. eBay doesn't help we should alert people here so they are not defrauded. Also it ruins the tube collecting world by sowing distrust and fraud. I am very upset when I see his fake tubes and they are getting more numerous by the day. He routinely "gold" plates pins and fakes labels for example. Not to mention passing off 5963 tubes as 7316. We should band together to alert eBay.

Yes OGR is a very angry man when questioned lol. He got me early on in my tube collecting venture on a set of black plate 3x mica 5751 GE tubes with gold pins. He's only guy on earth that has them with gold pins as GE never made them that way. It was then I knew he was into metal plating as a side hobby

Same seller? They look to me like fakes and gold plated junk.
Avoid at all costs. Check out their REVISED FEEDBACK.
Ever see such a high number of revised feedback? I have not.
