I'm rebuilding this mainly for sentimental reasons.I plan on replacing all the electrolytic caps, which seems to be only the filter cap. As well as the 1 watt resistors in the power circuit.
What other parts should I replace - order - as well?
Should I just retube it as well?
I only want to get this working safely. I obviously will not be using this for critical work.

In terms of safety, you've got it. I would also measure ALL the resistors, as they are carbon comp, which often drift horribly. Replace with nice cheap, stable, low noise metal film.
There's no reason to replace tubes without testing them. Tubes go bad with use, not age. We often test 60 - 80 year old tubes that are fine.

That would be a perfect place to use metal films or even metal oxides..
Honest amplification is better than excessive 2nd order distortion anytime.
