Delta 2L3 is the code for Heerlen Holland.

I would like to thank everyone for all the feedback--it's a good learning experience.
I believe the comment about the 4 --not being a 4 but a Phillips symbol is correct which would make the number 2L3. Again thanks for all the helpful information.
