Found a pair of these in apparent UNUSED condition, but no manufacturer's information. Any help appreciated.

1970s Ei Nish Yugoslavian production. First letter of the date code should look like half moon with dot in the middle. Nice tubes.
Correct. Thank you!
yugoslavia
There is a crossed seam at the top of the tubes. Where on the base should I be looking for etched numbers? Thanks all!
They will be close to the bottom of the glass. If you see some figures there, may be a combination of symbols, numbers, & letters, try scratching them with a finger nail. They won't rub off. that's your date codes. Usually a top portion of three digits and bottom of 3 or 4 digits...for example
GA2
B2L1
If there is none there, well that leaves the door open, but a full date code can tell you everything about where the tube was made, when, and who made it.. These may be very faint, so look in sunlight or bright light at different angles. Let us know!

I think I see a "B" etched in the glass in the back, which would indicate Mullard. Post the etched codes at the base of the tubes and if there is a cross seam in the glass at the top.

The photo matchs some old tubes I bought from RAM about 15 years ago. Both those RAM tubes and your photos of the tubes innards match some new(er) EI 6DJ8's.
I notice some production numbers toward the bottom of the envolope. What are they?
