Please help ID this 12AX7

Hi. I have recently acquired this 12AX7 tube at eBay. It was claimed to be a Mullard-made 12AX7, but the tube's internal construction is not like any of the Mullard 12AX7's in my possession.
The printing says "12AX7 DYNASCAN 1022-752 GT. BRITAIN." It has shorter and a little wider "single-stapled" grey plates and a very small getter halo(SEE Pictures). There is no Mullard manufacturing code like Bxxx.
Please help ID this mysterious 12AX7. Thank you very much in advance for your valuable insight.
