I have an old guitar amp I wish to repair for a friend. It is a Hilgen Pace setter R2521D without tubes or any tube number identification. It looks like 7591 for finals. Preamp looks like a basing of either 9CZ or 9J plus has one 7199 in the second position on the PC board. Anyone have a schematic or list of tubes based for 9CZ & 9J.

Follow Ups:
The 9A is very similar with the difference being the grid and cathode are reversed for each triode section. You might want to check this again as the 9A family is much more common (12AX7 etc) in guitar amps.If it really is a 9CZ or 9J, the attached link to download a very nice FREE tool from Duncan will answer all of your questions.

It does appear the grid & cathode is reverse from 9A in this amp circuit. 9J is not in the Dungan software data base. I'll just have to draw up the circuits from PC board to paper. Tnx, Jim
