The Artisan tube does have a diamond shape with a number 13 in the middle. It does have "Made in West Germany" on the side, so it mite be a contracted tube made by Telefunken after all. Thanx for the pointers, guys! About this Chief tube though... I'm still in the dark. It also says "Electron Tube U.S.A." and has a 12/58 on the side.
