I assumed that meant "plate-to-plate", or in other words 7.5k max for each half - although they didn't mention that specifically and I could be wrong.

Hi Joel,I think your take on the datasheet is most likely correct. So you would be sitting right around those values with the 6CG7/6SN7 as the driver. With the 6CG7 driving a pair of 12B4 you would probably be well under that figure. Just a thought. I'm using a Lundahl input as well so it is balanced, push-pull, differential, whatever the heck you would call it from the RCA jack on. Well, that is if it had an RCA jack yet.

The cathode followers will be biased at Ec -13v, Ib 36mA
If I can swing 115v of signal (cleanly that is...), the output stage will generate 5 watts into 8 ohms at under .05% distortion. Excellent damping factor of 17 too.
