HI.
I have heard that inserting power thermistor in b+ line
have very bad effect on sound quality.
What do you thnik about it?If the thermistor be put into the primary of the power transformer
is it all right?
Any reply will be appreciated.
Thanks.

IME, that's rubbish. I have a Jim McShane rebuilt H/K Citation 2 that uses negative temperature coefficient inrush current limiting thermistors in the B+ supply. The amp is GREAT. Perhaps a poorly selected thermistor caused bad sound.
