Looks to me that it has one OPT for both channels. If so, I wonder what the channel separation is?
As I said earlier, it is not mine, and of course I don't have a schematic.

Probably no different than having a single 12AX7 as the first voltage amp for both channels in a power amp.
Yes, a "Matrix" amp. A+B from the push-pull transformer, A-B from the smaller SE transformer, and those outputs are added and subtracted to get channel A and B to the speakers.
Would work in a small phonograph, with cartridge outputs wired out-of-phase. And of course, there are no other inputs. There's one of these at the AWA museum (recent donation) - I can see if there's a manual for it.
