I thought spell checker was available for our posts, but it isn't working on mine at the moment. Before I start looking for where the problem is, is anyone else having trouble with it?

We do not need no stinking feedback, and keep up the amazing work.
I installed this special switcher in my browser to test whether I can immediately tell if my spelling is correct or incorrect. Even with a calcifying brain, it appears that I can still tell the difference though I can only deal at most with four syllable words.
Vinnie, we all admire you. Keep it up.
A thing worth doing is worth doing right......
And just to emphasize with you, here is my latest building adventure.
I am going to try to build this Nelson Pass design. Somehow even after measuring twice and drilling three times, I was still surprised when my heatsink tower turned out like this. I've decided that since they are going to be monoblocks, I will have to try to build the other tower to match what I now call my art-deco design.
JJust switched over tu internet explorer and it iss working with it. Must be a problem with the google.
PS. Jusst tried spell checcker with google in "word" annnd it wurked fine. For some resson it will not work in a post now. I think it used to.
the forum has nothing to do with spell checking. your browser uses a local dictionary and probably needs a kick in the pants vis-a vis clearing cache and cookies, turning some setting off and on, etc...if you search web for "spell checker not working in abc browser" you will fix it in less than five minutes.
The Asylum has no spell checker.
It's contained in your browser. I use Firefox, and the spell check is working. You'll have to go to your browser's site and check the FAQs to hopefully find why yours stopped working.

Most frustrating. I have checked my browser (chrome) and the spell checking is on and working in "Word" but not when I type a post. I have no idea what else it might be.
Spell checking works for me. It's a setting in your browser. In Chrome it is in the Advanced section of Settings.
II havee it turne on unnder language in advanced settings, but it still isn't working. Is that where you found it? You did mean that it works while you are typing a post, right?
Yes. Somehow it works for me.
Perhaps you are like my wife and you don't have the 'aura'. It really annoys her when something on her PC is not working and I come and do exactly what she was doing and it works for me and not for her.
I wish I had the 'aura' when I build amps.
Both TK and shovelhead think there is no checker on the forum. I am going to check my browser to see if I can fix the problem. I will report back in any case.
Chrome is my browser. I checked it again and it is set as it is upposed to be set. So I guess you guys will just have to overlook any mispelled words until I can figure this out, if I can.
I'm pretty zure this phorum has no spell cheker.
