Does anyone know a source for Hickok tube tester parts? The "TEST" push switch on my 6000A has become intermittent, and cleaning it provides only temporary relief. The online sources for parts and calibration that show up in a search don't seem to carry anything like this.

I would contact Steve McKinley at atlantatubeamp@mindspring.com. Google Atlanta Tube Amp Repair. Steve has serviced my 600A before.

Just a thought, I know that is scary. Since it's a double pole, double throw momentary switch used to carry high voltage perhaps? It probably has silver contact buttons as the conducting area. I have in the past used silver brazing rod to build them up. Cut a small piece and use your soldering iron to solder it to the blades.
The other thing is to find a new switch. A momentary motor start switch will do. It however will not have the cool Frankenstein look. Surplus Sales usually has stuff that can be adapted for not much money.
It is a relatively complicated switch.
It does look like it is rebuildable, possibly.
Later Hickoks don't use a switch like that. Mine is built into an assembly with two other sliding push switches. I'm pretty sure it can't be rebuilt.
