Hi Aldovan,
I think if you connect G3 to G2 you will get closer to tetrode curves than if you connect G3 to the anode.
May I ask why you want to do this?

I need a tetrode for my radio transmitter and is hard to find.
Them I want make a test with a pentode as tetrode.
Thanks
Hi Aldovan,
Other than for dynatron oscillators, I see no advantage a tetrode has over a pentode.
The pentode was invented to fix an aberration (the negative resistance kink) which tetrodes have.
