You are running an 01A at the very top of its range.
125-9=116 Volts across the tube.
9v/2200=4.1mA
4.1mA*116v=0.48Watts Dissipation.Either drop your plate voltage to 90v or increase the cathode resistor to 3,000 ohms.

Not that anyone gives a rat's fanny :) about my little 01A DHT tube preamp but here are my working numbers:120V-8.5 = 111.5
8.5 / 2700 = 3.15 mA
3.15 x 112 = .347 watts. All within reasonable ranges.
It sounds great, very open and holographic. CX-301A. Some hum but will try different filament supply. Was using what I had on hand.
Cheers :)
