OT, need help with op amp crossover

I trust you guys more so please excuse me for mentioning 8 pin fuses here:)
I picked up a used crossover and it has problems. I am looking for suggested areas to check. My main problem is the high pass section sends out a high pitched whine, along with the music, to my tweeters. Is it safe to assume this is oscillation? If so should I be looking at the caps on the voltage rails right at the op amps?
It is a TDM crossover and I can email the schematic.
