    am somehow infected with the fatal single ended disease, so unfortunately I (without any judgement because I love Gary's topology) am simply unable to build one.

      I am afflicted with both the single ended disease, and now its seems the early stage of it's different face twin, the push pull disease

  Jacmusic has 90 or so listed, BTW.
