Can't seem to get email out while in AA

Which means I can't even email "Contact Us" in the Asylum for a fix. Been a registered user for a long time; my email address is entered correctly; I'm logged in when I try. At wit's end.

Anyone ever have this problem and have a suggestion to fix it? TIA
