Asylum Feedback/Support

Every time I go anyhwere in the asylum, I get a pop up invinting me to choose a user name. I cannot ignore it, as it freezes the screen until I do something. and whether I choose my user name (it always shows the right one--but three times) or not, it happens the very next time. And it pops up right in the middle of the text, so there is no ignoring it. Help.
