Wow. I'd like to see them with the covers off.
After a quick googling, at $4K with powered subs, these seem like a bargain. I'd love to hear them. Enjoy.

Follow Ups:
At our Saturday meeting we had a demo of these speakers. I thought they sounded very good. They told us that the grills are not removable. We were told $8500 a pair. For those that are not familiar with this line of speakers they use a powered woofer which gives them good efficency. I would say they are a forward sounding speaker. I am a panel guy but these are worth auditioning

Betting they are well worth it.
Well, that's a horse of a different color.

Looks like they only come in black.

of pricing speakers, as this isn't the first time I've seem speakers priced as 'eaches'.
They are priced at 8498.00 for the pair.

... it's probably the best way. Though it seems much of the capacity of these big towers would be wasted on surround channels, unless you have a HUGE home theater room. Probably the small monitors by the same manufacturer would be just fine in that application, since their midrange voicing would be similar to the mains.
that's the way my first "serious" speakers were priced back in the day.
In 1972, the Advent Loudspeaker was $105 each in the utility cabinet and $125 in walnut.
