According to the literaure the SR -15 is supposed to use the same high quality Dynaudio drivers as the much more costly & still my all time favorite minimonitor speaker the SR -17.This of course is placed in a smaller enclosure with different structural geometry dampening et al that is not as good.Is this true? ...& if so what are the essentially diffrences that those who have auditioned both hear as a result?Also ,when looking on on Audigon there are various versions of the SR-17 culminating with the 71.5.What are the differances as one graduates up through these upgades?Are they subtle or quite profound?Do some prefer the earlier versions?Certainly the earlier versions which should be a little less money being older.And finally is there a more advanced version of the SR-15 or has it remained intacted as a design without subsequent tweaks.The SR-15 can be had at a reasonable price up here in Canada on the used market however the SR-17 are retailing at $3500 US making them $3900 Canadian for the newer 17.5...yikes.

Anyway answers to some or all these questions would be appreciated.
