I don't own Spendors, but hang out in an audio saloon that does. Said that to say I am familiar with them, but own ProAc which are a similar animal (both use modified ScanSpeak 2010 tweeters in their line), have a small listening room, and my 8wrms 300B tube amps drive them just fine, 95% of the time. If anything Spendor is more efficient. If you do Yahoo, there is a very very good Spendor group there. Spendors are very easy to drive, you'll enjoy them....
