Have two pairs of these since 1996.Speakers had very good bass for their size.Midrange was always a tad strong which is what I prefer.Treble was always distorted and harsh though.Two years ago I replaced most of the crossover parts to resolve this problem ! Now these sound infinitely better than original form.Still, they were a great value back in 1996.After modifying the crossovers,it has sparked my interest in kit speakers.Not in hurry to do that--still enjoying my Klipsch !
