I got them to pick up a set of speakers 5 weeks ago. They just keep saying where looking into it. There insurance is to expencive to use. Now I think I know why. I have used them before and had no problems.

I will Dumb it down for you. They picked up my speakers from the seller and lost them. And bullshit me every time I send them a email saying where is my speakers? $1200 worth of drivers gone.
I'm sorry for your misfortune, but there was no need to dum it down for me. It was quite dum to begin with.
If there insurance is expensive, it's likely because they've had many claim's.

Thats what I got from them in the end. Not even a name attached to it. They don't even have depot's to search. They are a hunter company who chases cheap freight deals with all Australian freight company's. So if they loose anything don't expect them to even look for it. Just stall you with a few bullshit emails and apology's. These guys really are hi risk. Keep that in mind when you use them. No freight company that takes their freight is going to give a shit if they loose somthing. It is not there problem in fact I bet they stole my speakers because they could get away with it.
