...and that is why you are being unreasonable ......but benefit of the doubt is a two way street. She's trusting you ...so trust her.
You are seeing this from your side only and refuse to believe she could have sent a perfectly working deck. Unless you have proof the deck was DOA when it left her house, return it, get your refund, leave positive or no feedback and move on.

I already had stated on 08/04/2011, I was going to giver her benefit of doubt, and leave no feedback before you even posted.
