I am collecting names of people that have been screwed by Stan Winston. So far I have several. It seems that things are fine until the client is owed money or tubes. I have been waiting for tubes or a refund of around $ 800.00 for a couple or years. I call Stan and he claims that he will ship the tubes within the next couple of days. He has said this at least 2 dozen times without delivery. I have emails to prove that this debt exists and I strongly caution others to be very careful when dealing this tube seller. Please help me out as this list is being gathered in the hope of giving those who have been given the shaft some traction. I am planning on confronting Stan at this years Hamfest.

I have bought several orders of tubes from ESRC without any problem. Shipment was fast and order filled correctly. Is there more to this story?
If he owes you money or product and hasn't delivered, and you have the proof you say you have, you could have him arrested if he doesn't procure the tubes or your money right then and there.
That's what I'd do if someone screwed me out of $800 and I knew exactly when and where I could find him...
but I'm the vindictive type :-)
Well I am really not the vindictive type, but after so many broken promises I want my pound of flesh. I think I will call the local sheriff to see what they have to say. Winston is in Florida so I may have to call the Orlando P.D. I have an email from him acknowledging the debt, but this is all. I appreciate your response.
You will have to go to where he lives and file for a court case. Then you will have to show up for court. Of course, you can show up but he might not be there, or get granted another court date. You can show up quite a few times and get the run around. Sometimes, the next court date is 6 months.
Good luck
Bob
