In my research I have found that the best recordings of the Beatles are the UK original pressings and the MFSL. Yes there are a few others but the point is that there have apparently never been any good remasters done on cd. Dr Ebbett was an avid collector who recorded the better pressings onto cd and also did a good job of copying the covers etc so that they look professional. It has been an interesting search and one I was unaware of until very recently.
