But dispensing with any sort of critical thinking, isn't. Since this device has no patent (which in and of itself carries no guarantees), the designers either cannot or will not provide any meaningful explanation of how this works, and the results of listening tests are only based on subjective impressions, is it any wonder so many are unimpressed, unconvinced, and cynical.
