That's all right. Now I editing the registry in manual way. I have returned the files aclui.dll, ulib.dll, clb.dll into System32 folder and regedit.exe into Windows folder. Also I have replaced cicsMemoryPlayer.pth in Program Files/cics Memory Player folder with folowing cicsMemoryPlayer.pth:
RIPPER "c:\windows\system32\taskmgr.exe"
CUE_PLAYER #N "c:\program files\cics Play\cicsPlay.exe" %C
LIBRARY_MANAGER "C:\Program Files\dpclat.exe"
OSK "C:\Program Files\cics Memory Player\ahkosk.exe"
PROCESS_EXPLORER "c:\Logon.bat"
EXPLORER_KILL "c:\windows\system32\taskkill.exe" /F /IM explorer.exe
TOUCH_SCREEN "c:\windows\regedit.exe"
PREP_PLAYER
REFRESH "Эверест" ""
.............................
(I use the only button T.Screen in cMP settings interface so do not pay attention to other lines of this file).
And after pushing the button T.Screen the Registry Edit window is appeared. I do not fathom why it is impossible to you. :(
Serge.

Serge Mihaylov as I have previously stated this method does not seem to work for me. I replaced the files both you and jolida mentioned and double checked them by reloading a 3 month old version of my os, opened up regedit and ran mark russinovich process explorer to verify. So the only difference could be in the cicsmemory player path file. So I changed that to replicate your ripper 1st line....then tested both. Neither works for me. Maybe taskmgr.exe is deleted too. Anyway did you put regedit.exe in System under Windows or in Windows root directory? Also when I double click T screen it just recycles the cmp screen without ever getting into registry editor.

Thanks Serge. You direction has been very clear. I understand what you are saying but just cant get it to work. Thanks again for taking the trouble to post.
Once again. To return the files aclui.dll, ulib.dll, clb.dll into System32 folder (maybe some others else) and regedit.exe into Windows folder. Also replace cicsMemoryPlayer.pth in Program Files/cics Memory Player folder with folowing cicsMemoryPlayer.pth (see link below). Then to run cMP and to open settings and:

Don't know how I missed it.
Thanks,
(You should use a heading that lets it be known what is "inside"!)
I put regedit into system32 but in the pth file I wrote
TOUCH_SCREEN "c:\windows\system32\regedit.exe"
That should work shouldn't it?
Theo, the file regedit.exe don't run from System32 folder or from anywhere apart from Windows folder!

I tried it by putting regedit.exe in windows and revised my cicsMemory.pth as you specified...still doesn't work. Oh well probably another difference in our xp files.
