I am only at steppe 2 or 3 but I think something I deleted is needed for Taskkill.
I might not have looked before but now I have the task manager running and I have the lsaa and svchost services set to be killed in cmp.
But when I play music lsaa and svchost still show when playing music. I have it in my head that these used to be disabled by cmp when playing music. IIRC it was a wash in that task kill and cplay showed up and lsaa and svchost disappeared.
Anyhow am I remembering right, and has anyone who has done the more advanced steps looked in the task manager to see if the services are being disabled??

Once you get to the minimum there is nothing to check. They are gone other than the obvious svchost and lsaas.
Lsass & svchost will certainly show up in the Task manager, even if u have set them to be disabled in the cMp settings. A total of 11 processes including Task Manager is what u need to look for when cMp is loaded...

IIRC, Task Manager itself launches svchost and possibly lsass. If Task Manager is disabled, the two processes are indeed suspended when cPlay is launched. But the only way to check that is to invoke Task Manager which . . .
.
Exactly..
