Where in that list of tweaks does it say to delete the entire Documents and Settings folder? Where does it say to delete all the folders under Windows except for those 5 in your windows screenshot? Etc, etc? I have once again done all the tweaks you list save for the list you surprisingly bring up from September before any of the Steppes and still windows folder is way over 1GB. The folder system32 in your screenshot has dozens and dozens fewer elements than result from the combined tweaks listed. I must really have missed something and remain no less confused.

I was using the Jolida batch file for your tweak which does not deal with the folder deletions you listed. Now it makes sense to me at last.
I still wonder whether one can do it all from the start at once now that we know the end point. When I tried after 16 steps and the batches for your tweaks I couldn't boot up but got ntfs.sys missing when it wasn't.
Try to execute My Tweaks manually and gradually deleting folders and files (by groups) to define that file or a folder after which removal system it ceases to be loaded (if the such occurs to be).

I eliminated windows folders not shown> okay. Then, I eliminated folders from system32> okay. Then I eliminated the drivers not shown in drivers folder> no boot saying isapnp.sys was missing. I replaced that then no boot saying ntfs.sys missing. I am stuck here trying to identify which driver(s) must be replaced--no obvious choices. Suggestions?Btw, I never had LtcycfgWMp.sys or mv2.sys or rtenicxp.sys
At this point windows is 315MB

= Then I eliminated the drivers not shown in drivers folder> no boot saying isapnp.sys was missing. I replaced that... =
- Here the screenshot of the Driver folder in my OS (from package "Screenshots 2"):
As it is possible to see the file isapnp.sys is present (is shown!). Tell me please why you moved it and where?
The file ntfs.sys is shown too.= Btw, I never had LtcycfgWMp.sys or mv2.sys or rtenicxp.sys =
- Because you do not use the network configuration of cMP2. LtcycfgWMp.sys is driver for PCI Latency Tool, mv2.sys is driver for UVNC server and rtenicxp.sys is Realtek network driver.
Show the screenshot of your Drivers folder after elimination because I cannot understand in any way that you delete and that you leave.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I removed isapnp.sys by mistake then returned it. ntfs.sys was present all along despite the error message. When I returned all the drivers it worked again, so I need to identify which driver removal of those not shown caused the problem. It is not one you listed to stay.
I do in fact use the network configuration of cMP but not the latency tool or a Realtek network driver. Mine is Intel on my Lenovo laptop.
Later I did the removal of files from system32 and again couldn't complete booting getting an "error c0000135 unable to locate component, application cannot find winsrv" despite winsrv.dll being still present. I returned first the .exe files> no improvement. Then I returned the .sys and .nls files> no error but boot stalled after showing the usual windowsxp screen with progress bar. Only when I returned the .dlls did full boot get restored. So, in toto, I need to find a driver in the driver folder and a .dll in the system32 folder that I have to keep in addition to what your screenshots show...apparently.
In my system the contents of the winsxs folder are entirely different from what you show, that is, none of the ones you have in your screenshot are in my winsxs at any point.
Well. Now as you have understood you have to find the necessary dll and sys. This is what I was doing when I was searching for files that can be removed. The easiest way to do it by successive bisection: return first half of all deleted files dll and check the system boot. If the system does not boot then remove this half and return the second half. If your system boots then again remove half of the recovered files and check the system boot, etc.
