I'm logged in to Qobuz and Tidal as Roon services and both are accessible. Just for grins I logged into the Qobuz App directly (sans-Roon) and my playlists are there and playable.
Could it have been a Qobuz glitch earlier in the day? I'm late to this party but it seems to be working fine here.

Yes, it was a Qobuz problem, as reported on other sites. Apparently it was fixed a few hours later. I tried again in the evening and everything was back to normal.
