Tell you that you are an AUDIOPHILE and you know whats best.
Then when she stops laughing, just tell you because you want it...she will probably say Okay and make you a sandwich.
Follow Ups:
one out of the four indicator lights indicating charge level went out, so I'm guessing I've used only 1/4 of the full charge in about 12 hours of on-time.
If I could figure out how to turn off power to the Bluetooth and HDMI display ports and slow down the clock, perhaps I could get a few days of continuous use out of charge.
Guessing it's currently using about 1A at 5V just sitting not doing much. Just barely the least bit warm.
I don't believe your Raspberry PI even has Bluetooth.
As far as HDMI power... Go to the PiCorePlayer Main Page and click the Beta tab at the bottom of the page. Then go to the Tweaks tab and then it is about the 7th item down the page.
Cut-Throat
which has Bluetooth.
That's the version HiFiBerry is currently selling as part of their package.
You have turned off the WiFi in the WiFi section ?...... Maybe that controls the bluetooth as well.Cut-Throat

No note on the Bluetooth though.
Maybe so as my iPhone doesn't seem to see it as a Bluetooth device.
Might try de-clocking next.
Seem to recall someone setting 'buffers' sizes? Wondering if the 1GB of RAM is being used optimally for audio?
The computer that I'm running LMS on has a USB hard drive with music on it but I haven't tried playing it yet, just streaming TIDAL so far.
My God. You've become a geek.
Will
became a bio-medical engineer in the late 70's, then R&D in blood analysis products, so yeah pretty techie but long time ago tech, not current tech.
Boolean adder circuitry using discrete FET transistors was High Tech when I wielded a scope probe in anger. Machine language (Hex) programing Motorola 68000's were about the last thing I was involved in before moving upstairs and donning a coat and tie.
But all of that was WAY before today's current technology plus I never worked for the phone company. IP addresses were 'phone company' stuff where I used to work. :-)
.
Last thing I want to have happening is a radio transmitter searching for a sexual partner to couple with inside my audio gear! ;-)
I don't know, having little Pi's running around all over the house might be a good thing. My one Rpi turned into 4 in no time.
Now I'm wanting to try the PiZERO just for kicks. Seems like it should be enough for audio too. But way smaller.
