I have been using it for a week and I am loving the thing.
It's free so you can try without worry.
Seems I am stuck, all I have is Linux and Mac machines, I can't get the USB stick bootable, boot camp has no option for making USB windows 10 stick in the latest release of macosx, and dd doesn't work on either Linux or Mac, files get on the stick but not bootable USB.
Maybe this is a sign to stay away from windows, thanks for your feedback, I used to use Winamp way way back when. Not sure if that is still around. Foobar 2000 was great too.
If you're loading Windows 10 onto a bootcamp partition all you need is a Windows 10 ISO. But however you do it, Windows 10 does in fact work on Mac natively (on a bootcamp partition) or as a virtual machine via Parallels, VMware Fusion, or VirtualBox.I run Windows 10 on my 2012 13" MacBook Pro as a virtual machine on Parallels. Works great.
As for dd, it works fine under macos but you may not be using the right option switches or block size.

no help, I am in a bind. I will not install Windows now, I'm glad I learned my lesson no damn Windows anymore.
Really it is still Windows NT which IBM made.
needed to have special magic windows boot or whatever the hell they are hacking into the MBR. Just not happening. Rufus doesn't work under wine.
