I just remember it as saving as you do in any of the other resource hacks.
It's slightly different when editing the likes of a window layout rather than just deleting crud - you need to recompile the file first then save it.
As you suggest, I thought there was a slight improvement to be had from deleting stuff from cMP.exe and cPlay.exe though I didn't do it for sonic reasons, didn't listen with great care and might have been imagining it. Whether others found the same, I can't say.

Dear Forum,
I can report that the adjustment of screen size works fine with Resource Hacker, but discovered a problem with the alphabetical order of the album list.....it just shows albums in (random) order.
Any ideas to correct this ?
kind regards

Resource Tuner works without causing this problem...as previously reported.
I encountered this problem which I reported here:

I don't get the problem because I don't use cMP's UI but some others did and, IIRC, got round it by using alternatives to ResourceHacker to edit the cMP exe file. I think it was asylum member Riboge who reported both the problem and the solution. Try a search or hope that he sees this . . .
