That the Dutch entry in the European Audio Show was eliminated. The systems were even up to 120 decibels, then suffered some type of meltdown during the final test. I even heard that the head designer is leaving. Condolences to any others who also dropped out along the way. I wish I sould watch, err, hear the comparison between the final two. Oh well, there is another audio show later this summer in Asutrailia. Don't know if the Grand Prize means as much to the Europeans, but it I hope the US entry sounds good.Neil

Can you imagine how the Flying Dutchman took this news? Ohhhhhhh.
I'm doing fine on the Rocky Road, but I don't want to hear the P-word for the next two years, alright...?
Thanks for caring,
Robert
I was joking with the Flying Dutchman, only to find one on Rocky Road! I hadn't been over there. Great minds. . .

The final listening session is between an all-italian system, comprizing Azzuri components with Inzaghi speakers and an all French system, put together by famous French high-end coach, er, audiophile Roger Lemerre. This consists of the indomitablle Lizerazu Signature Turntable, the Lurent 'Les Blancs' tube mono-blocks and some new, revolutionary speakers from Designs by Zidane. The French system is favorite to win, but ee can expect some stout opposition from the Italian system.-Joe.
