OMG They fixed Yesterday

I just listened through the first CD of the Red album on Qobuz and it is incredible what they've done. The stereo is corrected on all the cuts, the instruments all stand out, you can hear Ringo on the drums (and he is really good despite what some people say and it shows much better here) and lastly, they fixed the strings on Yesterday!

All of the oldest songs sound new again.

The stereo spread is reversed on the 2023 release..... The opening guitar is normally on the right channel, but it's on the left channel with the 2023 release. (This was originally released in mono, so this issue could be kind of trivial..... )

I noticed this from listening to not only other releases streaming (both Tidal and Qobuz), but also on YouTube (link).....

It also sounds somewhat "processed" to me, but who knows how many copies and how much processing this track has gone through over the years.........
