Tenor Solo, without even realizing you were enjoying it.
Perhaps you didn't even realize you weren't realizing the extent to which
you didn't realize the depth of your realization that you enjoyed it, whether you did or not.
Anyway, it was fun.
It's kind of a weird extension of Mozart in the Jungle.
"Mark Inoye, Principal Trumpet of the San Francisco Symphony now demands that Scantily Clad Dancing Girls be draping themselves over him whenever he performs and rehearses with the Orchestra.
"I liked it", he said, and "Must have More. MORE! MORE I tell you."
He did not seem to be in complete control of his faculties, so it remains to be seen how this will play out.
Other Male Principals are considering something similar.
Who knows what the women are thinking?
But that's par for the course anyway!
Ticket Prices can only go up...
but we were sitting way to close to see anything but a couple cello and bass players.
But I did look for you.
Who was the Bass Clarinet that MTT called to the front of the stage for a bow?
NEVER seen a bass clarinet player called to the front for a bow, EVER!
That was Jerry Simas on Bass Cl.
He had to get an extra long peg in order to stand while playing his Low C Bass Cl.
Very unusual too.
Thanks for being there!
And not the worst way, either...
First Tpt in the Anthiell was the willing victim...
