I have a pair, they do hold up well. The year I got them, I made the mistake of asking my wife, time for a new stove? So she wasn't inclined to melt the wax in it. I tried to disguise it, covering it with carrots and onions, didn't fool her.
Besides the supplies which are easy to rebuild, there were a few panels that didn't work, but they were also easy repairs. Someone here mentioned 57's, they run circles around the 9's.
Follow Ups:
Hi Fred! Beveridge amplifiers have been trouble free since last we spoke.
Hi Lew, that is great. I'm currently hooked on 57's, although I have looked at a couple of Beveridge ads. My current intermittent head scratching problem is a BMW fuel mixture problem.
