Absolutely.
As I mentioned, if you note some beneficial aspects to the change, you gotta go with that.

I approach all of these experiments from an objective standpoint, but am smart enough to stop when subjective evaluation becomes involved. There's no more basis for discussion at that point.

No I get where you're coming from and totally understand. I don't ever want to mislead anyone. When I say better I mean to me in my setup. I would never say a product is better because as you mentioned that is very subjective. I use these forums to pass along my experiences and what I find musically satisfying to me. Having these debates and sharing our experiences is what add to this hobby.
