My question/ problem is with measurement. I could be wrong or missed thus in the video as I was watching while working. But didn't he say these were straight from the factory? If so how many hours did he allow for the 3.7i's to break in? Wouldn't that impact the measurements? As a Maggie owner I've experienced them to be unlistenable out of the box for at least 50 hours and IMO don't hit their stride until roughly 250. I don't doubt his crossover sounds phenomenal, my concern is it a fair test.
Towards the end of the video he discusses break in and mentions they were NOT fully broken in (including the bass Mylar stretching). He also mentioned the amp he was using.
I think he estimated they were about half broken in at the end of the development process but would have to rewatch the video to be certain.

The 3.7s were shipped to him directly from the factory and he drove them with two monoblocks rated at 100 watts peak power.
So wouldn't that skew his original measurements? That was my biggest issue outside of the lack of bass comment. I mean if you're going to do this I would like to see size of room, model of amp and other components. Was it a integrated amp, tube amp or a class A Pass Labs. To me that information would of been helpful.
His way of measuring a large dipol panel speaker is a bit odd to me. You cannot measure it at 60 inches. There is little connection to the perceived response.
The response of the ribbon tweeter is not like the same type of ribbon in the 3.6. This is how it measure in the 3.6, just the tweeter with its high pass crossover.
This is what I get at the listening position, 4m from the speaker(s).
