Still waiting for some kind of measurements before and after. That goes for not only razoring but also for hardwood frames. Alumiminum hollow profiles filled with blasting sand shows a clear improvement over MDF.

This is what Ronnhedh presented (hope he won't mind, pictures are not visable in the original thread anymore):Increased efficiency in the low-mid-range is obtained with a stiffer frame
This measurement shows in-room farfield magnitude vs frequency with blue-left speaker before and red-right speaker after re-makeover.
He also did accelerometer measurement of the frame.

How much of that is speaker and mic placement deltas from one measurement to the next ?
Also, comparing a left speaker to a right speaker in the same spot still moves the bass panel left or right changing the room nodes.
I have found placement of both mic and speaker as well as toe in can change the measurements considerably.
