"All hands are on deck" making their entry level (returnable) $600 speaker?
If true that's kinda sad and doesn't say much about Magnepan.
Follow Ups:
Well Wendel did a North American tour with a speaker almost nobody can afford, and capped it off with the introduction of a speaker almost everybody can afford.
I think the measure of success is not just the profits made on the LRS, but more so the number of people who have bought .7, 1.7 or even 3.7 because of what they heard. And how many of those people initially bought the LRS and traded up. I think that was the plan.

Magneplanar: 3.7, CC5, MC1, DWM; Outlaw: UltraX12, LFM-1C; Emotiva: XMC-1, PA-1; Nord: Nord One NC500DM; Outlaw: Model 7500; OPPO 205
He did mention the entire Magnepan line up has gotten a boost, from our current situation with people staying at home more. With demand for the LRS going thru the roof.
Magnepan is the Blue Collar Boutique speaker brand, which in the future it will probably cater more to the high dollar crowd. However that day is not today and won't be tomorrow either. Anyone who knows Magnepan knows they move along at glacier speed,
Cripes what's the rush on the Condo anyway. You can't even demo them at a decent audio show yet, maybe they will for AXPONA or RMAF for this year.
Titanium Troy... I tried to message you, but was unsuccessful. I have some feedback regarding this subject but don't want to post on this board publicly. Could you please email me at jhamilton1235@hotmail.com. Thanks
I will do that, no problem
