Tow trucks and dumpsters can get it down to manageable size pretty quick.My Dad was neat and organized but saved everything. I found the receipt for his 64 Chevy, you never know when you might need that even though it was sold in 67, lol.

Look at the scale. I agree, but the building in the middle is a very large 2-3 car garage. To the right is a lean-to about 20' wide x 30' deep (where storage starts to pile up), next to that are two 40' semi-truck trailers (stand beside one and think of the magnitude of this), then a 30' semi-truck trailer, all completely full of stuff/junk. Then all the old vehicles, etc. out in the yard, tires...
We're talking a LOT of stuff, a lot of trips, dump trucks, dumpsters.
I would find an old government or commercial building to turn into a living unit with a large room for my Maggie's.
